Cookie Policy
Last updated: 16 September 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on peptideorigin.com, what each one is for, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, including pixels, tags, local storage and software development kits, work in comparable ways. We use the word “cookies” throughout this policy to cover all of them.
Your choices
When you first visit our site you are asked whether to accept non-essential cookies. Necessary cookies are always active because the site cannot function without them. Everything else is set only if you consent.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie settings link on our site. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working if you block necessary cookies.

Statistics
Help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Set only with your consent.
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure visits, pages viewed, products viewed and purchases, and Jetpack for basic site statistics. Google Tag Manager also controls which measurement tags load, according to the consent choices you make.
Marketing
Used to measure how our advertising performs and to show you relevant ads on other platforms. Set only with your consent. These cookies are set by Google, Microsoft, TikTok, Pinterest and Klaviyo.
Site support chat
Site support chat — The chat widget stores an opaque session identifier in your browser’s session storage (not a cookie) and keeps the conversation on our support servers for the retention period in our Privacy Policy. Declining non-essential cookies does not turn off support chat. We do not place analytics or advertising pixels inside the chat widget unless you have consented to those categories.
The chat widget does not set Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok, Pinterest, Klaviyo, or Jetpack tags by itself. Those services continue to follow the consent choices you make in Complianz / Google Consent Mode for the rest of the site.
Google Consent Mode
Our Google and Microsoft tags operate under Google Consent Mode. Until you give consent, these tags are set to a denied state: they do not read or write advertising or analytics cookies. If you accept, the consent state updates and measurement begins. If you decline, it remains denied.
When you arrive from an advertisement, the advertising platform may add an identifier to the web address. Where you have consented to marketing cookies, this lets the platform connect your purchase back to the ad you clicked.
How long cookies last
Cookie lifetimes vary by provider. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies typically last between 24 hours and 24 months, with advertising cookies most commonly lasting up to 13 months in the UK and EU. Your consent record is kept for up to 12 months, after which you will be asked again.
Third-party privacy policies
The providers listed above process data under their own privacy policies. You can find them on the websites of Google, Microsoft, TikTok, Pinterest, Klaviyo, Automattic, Stripe, Revolut and Klyme.
