These Terms and Conditions govern your use of peptideorigin.com and your purchase of products from Peptide Origin Limited. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

These Terms
These terms apply to every order placed through peptideorigin.com. By placing an order you accept them. Please also read our Disclaimer, Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of your contract with us.
Our Products
All products are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research. They are not authorised medicines and are not approved for administration to humans or animals. They must not be incorporated into food, cosmetics, supplements or medicinal products. Nothing on this site is a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition.
Who May Purchase
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are ordering for legitimate research purposes, and that you have the facilities, training and procedures to handle and store the products safely in accordance with the applicable Safety Data Sheet.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order before dispatch, including where we have reason to believe the products will be used other than as permitted by these terms, and we will refund you in full if we do.
Prices and Payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on our products. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment. Estimated delivery is 2-4 business days for UK standard, 1-2 for UK express, and 5-10 for international tracked. These are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for ensuring the products may lawfully be imported into your country and for any customs duties.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving them back. This right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery. Our vials are supplied sealed, so once a seal is broken that item can no longer be cancelled or returned. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or wrongly supplied. To cancel, email sales@peptideorigin.com before the 14 days expire.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. If goods arrive damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photographs and we will replace them or refund you, including delivery costs.
Reviews and Communications
After your order is completed we may invite you by email to review your experience of ordering from us. Every invitation includes an unsubscribe option and you can decline at any time. Reviews published on this site concern delivery, packaging and customer service. All reviews are moderated before publication. We will not publish reviews that describe the use, administration or effects of any product, because all products are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research, and we may decline or remove any review that breaches these terms or applicable law.
Your Responsibilities
You must not resupply our products for any purpose prohibited by these terms, or represent them as fit for human or veterinary use. You are responsible for compliance with all laws applying to your possession and use of them.
Our Liability
We are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of our products other than as expressly permitted above, including any use in or on humans or animals. Where you are a consumer, we are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
