At PeptideOrigin, we strive to deliver high-quality research peptides and exceptional service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy below. All products are sold strictly for research purposes, and we reserve the right to deny refunds for misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of our terms of sale.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the specialized nature of our research peptides, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Returns due to change of mind, finding a cheaper alternative, or ordering errors.
Note: As our products are for research use only, they are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by PeptideOrigin (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund:
The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Returns must be authorized by our team in advance.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Returns & Refunds

Items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Items that do not match the product description.
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide instructions for the return process.
