At Peptide Origin we strive to deliver high-quality research peptides and exceptional service. If you are a consumer you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the sealed-goods exception set out below. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. All products are sold strictly for research purposes, and we reserve the right to deny refunds for misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of our terms of sale.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the specialized nature of our research peptides, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Items returned more than 14 days after the cancellation period has expired.

Items whose seal has been broken, where the reason for return is change of mind, a cheaper alternative found elsewhere, or an ordering error.

Note: Your right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery. Our vials are supplied sealed, so once a seal is broken that item can no longer be cancelled or returned.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by PeptideOrigin (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Returns must be authorized by our team in advance. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Items that do not match the product description. To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
