Frequently Asked Questions
What are research compounds, and how are they used?
Research compounds are chemical substances supplied strictly for scientific, laboratory and academic research. They are not for human or animal use, are not medicines, and must not be used for any medicinal purpose. Our compounds are supplied for in vitro study by qualified researchers and institutions.
Are your compounds third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is analysed by an independent third-party laboratory for conformity and purity before release. We use Analiza Białek sp. z o.o. (Wrocław, Poland — KRS 0000966168) and Janoshik s.r.o. (Prague, Czech Republic — IČO 17668727). The full certificate for every batch is published on our COA Reports page.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information, so you can monitor delivery. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days from London.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship across the UK and internationally. Delivery is typically 2–4 business days for UK standard, 1–2 for UK express, and 5–10 business days for international tracked services. You are responsible for ensuring the products may lawfully be imported into your country and for any customs duties.
